5. NIEDZIELA WIELKIEGO POSTU  

„A Jezus miłował”

     Mieszkać w Betanii. Być jak Maria, jak Marta, jak łazarz.
     Jak Maria – ta, która z miłości namaściła Jezusa i swoimi włosami ocierała Jego nogi.
     Jak Marta – która bezgranicznie wierzyła, że Jezus jest Mesjaszem, że wszystko może otrzymać od Ojca, gdy Go tylko poprosi.
     Jak Łazarz – nad którego grobem Jezus wzruszył się do łez.
     Co zrobić, żeby zasłużyć na to wyróżnienie: „A Jezus miłował Martę, jej siostrę i Łazarza”?

”And Jesus loved”

     To live in Bethany, be like Maria, like Martha, like Lazarus.
     Just like Maria, the one who out of love oiled and wiped Jesus’ feet with her own hair.
     Just like Martha, who unconditionally believed that Jesus was Messiah and that He could receive from the Father whatever He asked for.
     Just like Lazarus, at whose grave Jesus was moved to tears.
     What should one do to deserve such recognition: „And Jesus loved Martha, her sister and Lazarus.”
