25. NIEDZIELA ZWYKŁA

Oni nie rozumieli

      Apostołowie nie kochali Jezusa. On oznajmia im, że będzie zabity.
A oni się kłócą, który z nich jest największy.
     Miłość bliźniego – to starać się zrozumieć człowieka, który idzie obok mnie. Zrozumieć co mówi, o co mu chodzi. Co go martwi, niepokoi, dręczy. Co go raduje, cieszy. To przejąć się jego przejęciem. Pomagać mu w jego słabości. Wyjaśniać mu jego niewiedzę. To żyć jego życiem, choćby po trosze, choćby na chwilę.

They did not understand

     The apostles did not love Jesus.  He announces that He is going to be killed and they argue which one of them is the greatest.
     Love of one’s neighbor – trying to understand a person who walks next to you, to understand what they are talking about, what makes them worried, anxious, what torments them, to take on their worries, to help them in their weakness, to explain things they don’t know, to live their lives, even if a little bit, even if for a little while.
