Kto gromadzi skarby

     W profesorze Janie Kantym, świętym Janie z Kęt, wyniesieni są na ołtarze wszyscy profesorowie pracujący jak on naukowo, wychowujący jak on swoich studentów. Takich świętych profesorów na przestrzeni wieków trwania Akademii Krakowskiej, Uniwersytetu Jagiellońskiego, jest mnóstwo. Takich samych jak on – pracowitych, pochylonych nad tajemnicami świata, przygotowujących starannie swoje wykłady, poprawiających prace magisterskie, licencjackie, doktorskie, troszczących się o poziom intelektualny i poziom moralny swoich studentów.
     W świętym Janie Kantym, profesorze Akademii Krakowskiej, oddajemy cześć wszystkim tym właśnie profesorom, którzy traktowali swoje powołanie odpowiedzialnie – przed Polską, przed światem, przed ludzkością.

MONDAY

     Through Professor Jan Kanty, saint Jan of Kęty, all professors who work in research and educate their students like he did, are raised to the altars of the church.  There have been multitudes of such holy professors throughout the ages of the Academy of Kraków, Jagiellonian University.  The same as he was – hard working, pondering the secrets of he world, diligently preparing their lectures, correcting diploma works, master’s degree or doctoral dissertations, caring about the intellectual level and moral standards of their students.
     In Saint Jan Kanty, professor of the Academy of Kraków, we honor all of these professors who have treated their call with responsibility; with responsibility to Poland, the world, and the humanity.
