Nie jest Bogiem umarłych

 
     Eucharystia to nie Przeistoczenie. Eucharystia to nie Komunia święta. Eucharystia to nie Najświętszy Sakrament niesiony w procesji. Ani wystawiony w monstrancji podczas nabożeństw majowych, czerwcowych czy październikowych.
     Eucharystia to uobecnienie życia, śmierci i zmartwychwstania Jezusa w liturgicznej oprawie. Przez czytaną Ewangelię uczestniczymy w życiowych wydarzeniach Jezusa. Słuchamy, co do nas mówi, jakie opowiada przypowieści, patrzymy na to, czego dokonuje, umieramy z Nim i zmartwychwstajemy z Nim.

     Eucharist is not transformation.  Eucharist is not Holy Communion.
Eucharist is not the Most Blessed Sacrament either carried in the procession or displayed in the monstrance during the May or June or October services.
     Eucharist is anamnesis of Jesus’ life, death, and resurrection in the liturgical setting of the Holy Mass.  Through the Eucharist we participate in the events of Jesus’ life by means of the reading of the Gospel.  We listen to what He is saying to us, what parables He tells, we look at what He does.
